L’Oreal Melon Dollar Baby Blush | British Beauty Blogger

[unpaid/purchase/affiliate/ad] In terms of a ‘can’t go wrong’ blush, Melon Dollar Baby is an easy win. It’s the sort of gentle peachy shade that suits everyone and gives a wakened look to the skin.

Of course I love the watermelon pattern because I love anything that goes the extra mile on detailing but although it’s supposed to have a melon scent but it’s more of a strawberry Chewit than anything. The colour doesn’t extend to a Bobbi style ‘pop’ – it’s more of a light wash than anything so on the one hand it’s quite an unremarkable blush that’s made better by being pretty, it’s also more or less foolproof if understated and low key is the goal.

Honestly, I’m a bit meh about this so in summary, it turns up to work but gives a lacklustre performance. I got mine for £9.49 on Amazon HERE, but it’s available on any high street for about £1 less.
